Our Story

Banff Avenue's Pub & Grill with a Sizzler Soul

Banff Sizzlers, Pub & Grill opened its doors in April 2024 in the heart of Banff Avenue — Canada's most iconic mountain main street. We were built around a clear vision: to create a venue that celebrates both the untamed spirit of the Canadian Rockies and the rich flavours of Indian–Canadian fusion cuisine.

Our menu is a celebration of two culinary worlds. On one side, Rocky Mountain–inspired classics like the Alberta Beef Sizzler, Mountain Poutine, Banff National Park Nachos and Maple-Glazed Salmon. On the other, Indian fusion favourites like Samosa Chaat, Pani Puri Shots, Chili Paneer Tacos and our crowd-favourite Butter Chicken Poutine — all served alongside hand-crafted sizzler platters that arrive sizzling on cast-iron plates.

Beyond dining, Banff Sizzlers is a true community hub. Locals and visitors gather here for daily happy hour specials, free pool every Monday, Wing & Sing Wednesdays, Noche Caliente Latin nights, weekly DJ sets and live sports. With dedicated VLT gaming, pool tables, patio seating and a full bar, we're more than a restaurant — we're where Banff comes to eat, drink and unwind.
